PROBLEMS WITH YOUR ORDER

SHIPPING METHOD
We use following courier services :
Domestic: JNE (www.jne.co.id)
BANDUNG AREA: Estimated delivery times: 1-3 working days after shipment.
OTHER CITIES IN INDONESIA: Estimated delivery times: Please allow up to 2 – 5 working days for shipping depending on the destination cities (Certain distant cities might added more days).
We ship orders every Monday - Saturday.
Please allow 1 day after payment confirmation for us to check your payment, do quality control of your merchandise, and pack your order before we ship them on the next day.
We will deliver your purchased item(s) once we have received invoiced full amount transfer, and please note we are unable to ship if problems occurred regarding the payment.
You will be sent an email confirmation once your order has been dispatched with tracking information.

SHIPPING FEE
We offer free shipping Bandung and Jabodetabek area on all orders (minimum transaction IDR 200.000). Customers will be charged shipping fees based on the weight of their order. If the accumulated weight exceeds 1 kg, another kg will be added to shipping fees. Weight of every item is stated on the product detail page.
SHIPPING RULES & RESTRICTIONS
We do not responsible in risk of loss of the merchandise after JNE delivers to the address.
We do not take responsibility if JNE can't deliver the package in time do to incomplete address, misspelled address or no recipient at the address. Please check your JNE shipping code in the 'Track Order' links at the top of the page and call JNE customer service (021-2927 8888) to deal with the problem.
Free shipping will be given if there are mistakes on order(s), from our side to you. Kindly be noted that we only accept return or refund for items with manufacturing mistakes and items.
TRACKING YOUR SHIPMENT
Once your order has been shipped via JNE you will receive an e-mail with your tracking information. Your tracking information can also be found by logging into your account and viewing your orders.
